📋 Description

• Help clients develop world-class safety and risk management programs • Enhance contractor performance and ensure compliance across industries • Collaborate with clients to design, implement, and mature contractor risk management programs aligned with OSHA regulations, industry standards, and organizational objectives • Conduct risk assessments and audits to evaluate contractor safety performance and identify hazards • Benchmark and trend contractor performance metrics against industry peers • Recommend leading-edge HSE solutions using industry expertise and innovative approaches • Analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve safety outcomes and mitigate risk • Guide integration of risk management practices into contractor onboarding, training, and evaluation processes • Develop tailored action plans addressing contractor compliance, safety performance, and risk management gaps • Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions, and written resources • Research and establish HSE protocols incorporating risk management principles • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and workshops • Monitor developments in risk management, OSHA legislation, and industry trends • Report to the HSE Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the HSE field, with expertise in contractor risk management, compliance, and safety auditing • Recognized safety certifications such as ASP, CSP, CHST, SMS or equivalent are highly preferred • Strong understanding of OSHA legislation, risk management frameworks, and industry best practices • Ability to analyze and benchmark contractor performance metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable insights • Proficiency in English required • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish desirable but not required • Experience in public speaking, delivering presentations, and developing high-quality written resources • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects forward • Familiarity with emerging safety trends, such as AI-driven risk management tools, is an asset • Prior experience with Veriforce products a plus, including CPro, VeriSource, or Training Suite • Willingness to travel up to 30%–40% within the US
