📋 Description

• Lead complex digital builds from initial discovery through successful launch • Own the full lifecycle of complex digital projects • Manage scope, timeline, and budget while championing delivery standards • Protect project profitability by identifying out-of-scope requests • Navigate change control processes to ensure compensation for delivered value • Drive project health and prevent fixed-scope projects from becoming fixed-risk • Influence the PMO by identifying efficiencies in tools and workflows • Reduce project cycle times • Improve collaboration among cross-functional teams • Build and maintain trusted client relationships • Set client expectations and handle difficult conversations • Translate technical constraints into delivery impacts for clients • Break complex requirements into executable workstreams • Build timelines and manage RAID logs • Maintain transparent internal and external reporting using JIRA, Confluence, and Figma • Potentially coordinate estimations and SOW drafting for new business engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering projects using structured, phase-based approaches within an agency or consultancy • Proven ability to build and nurture trusted client relationships • Ability to set boundaries, manage expectations, and navigate difficult conversations • Deep understanding of digital technologies sufficient to translate technical constraints into delivery impacts • Ability to ask appropriate technical questions and communicate effectively with clients • Expertise in breaking down complex requirements into executable workstreams • Expertise building rigid timelines and managing RAID logs • Hands-on mastery of JIRA, Confluence, and Figma • PMP certification is a bonus • Experience integrating AI into delivery workflows or PMO initiatives is a bonus • Background in new business engagements, including coordinating estimations and SOW drafting, is a bonus • Successful completion of Criminal Background Check and Global Sanctions Check • Must align with the team's values and demonstrate authoritative leadership, confident advising, boundary-setting, and workflow optimization
