📋 Description

• Lead and own high-impact strategic programs that accelerate the growth and scalability of Thumbtack’s partnerships business • Take emerging opportunities from concept through launch and scale • Establish operating processes, systems, and cross-functional models for reliable execution • Define success measures, monitor performance, identify limiting factors, and recommend improvements • Lead complex programs across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Commercial Strategy, Legal, and external partners • Use data, customer and partner insights, and structured problem-solving to evaluate opportunities and influence investment decisions • Improve tools, systems, processes, and operating models supporting partnerships • Manage and develop a globally distributed team across the U.S. and the Philippines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, program management, general management, management consulting, or a related field • 2+ years of people-management experience • Experience translating ambiguous business opportunities into clear strategies, operating plans, and measurable results • Track record of leading complex initiatives from concept through execution • Strong business judgment and analytical rigor • Clear, influential communication skills • Owner mentality, strong learning agility, bias for action, and low-ego approach to leadership and collaboration
