📋 Description

• Lead the team responsible for systems, processes, and support capabilities for launching and scaling partnerships • Manage a globally distributed team of three to four people across the U.S. and the Philippines • Own partner onboarding from application through launch, including acceptance criteria, service levels, approval workflows, and performance measures • Track onboarding performance, conversion, drop-off points, and time in stage; identify bottlenecks and reduce integration time • Oversee partner integration issue resolution and escalation with Product and Engineering for API issues, bugs, and feature gaps • Build knowledge-base and self-service troubleshooting resources • Report on ticket volume, resolution time, satisfaction, and recurring issue themes; translate insights into product roadmap input • Set Business Development tooling and automation strategy across Salesforce, Salesloft, ticketing systems, dashboards, API monitoring, and AI-enabled workflows • Manage and develop Partner Operations functions covering partner finance, reporting, onboarding, integration support, and workflow enablement • Report to the Senior Manager of Partnership Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnership operations, developer operations, technical program management, business operations, revenue operations, or a related field • 2+ years of people-management experience • Experience designing and improving onboarding, implementation, or support processes, including workflows, service levels, ownership, and performance measures • Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data flows, and business systems • Experience developing tooling and automation strategies across Salesforce, Salesloft, ticketing systems, reporting tools, or AI-enabled workflows • Strong analytical and program-management skills • Clear, influential communication skills and an owner mentality • Strong learning agility, bias for action, and low-ego approach to leadership and collaboration • Ability to work from Ontario, British Columbia, or the Philippines; eligible U.S. locations are listed in the application form
