📋 Description

• Manage large-scale, complex AI programs from inception to production deployment • Manage cross-functional teams consisting of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers • Partner with architects and tech leads to design robust, production-grade architectures for RAG pipelines and multi-agent AI ecosystems • Facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams, serving as a key point of coordination for team leads and stakeholders • Identify and oversee risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success • Maintain effective communication with client stakeholders, providing visibility into delivery progress, dependencies, blockers, and key decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience, with a strong track record as a Technical Program Manager delivering large-scale, enterprise software systems • Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or deploying Generative AI technologies, specifically RAG Systems and Agentic AI Frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) • Ability to translate complex technical updates into clear, concise, and business-focused communication for senior leadership and clients • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability influence decisions across teams and leadership levels • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate program updates and delivery progress to senior stakeholders and clients • PMP, Scrum Master or SAFe Certifications (Good to Have) • Experience working in Supply Chain / Procurement domain (Good to Have) • Experience managing large scale programs involving globally distributed teams (Good to Have)
