📋 Description

• Implement the OPS software solution for customers and ensure implementations meet customer expectations and quality standards. • Work directly with clients and colleagues to improve transit operations through OPS Software. • Perform business analysis and gather and document customer requirements. • Analyze and document customer business processes. • Configure software and interpret union contracts and business rules for software configurations. • Work closely with customers, Project Managers, and the Professional Services team to deliver operational solutions efficiently and effectively. • Develop client relationships and establish credibility and trust. • Communicate software and project status to internal and external stakeholders. • Manage multiple projects, timelines, changing priorities, and problem resolution with minimal supervision. • Create training content and deliver training to end users or subject matter experts. • Support customer testing, track issues, and ensure timely resolution. • Build and continuously improve implementation templates and project artifacts. • Deliver quality project deliverables and customer service.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of direct customer facing experience in a technical software support role. • Bachelors Degree or Diploma relevant to the information technology industry is preferred • Ability to travel up to 75% within North America. • Experience working with MS SQL and Oracle databases as well as writing queries to extract data. • Superior Troubleshooting and problem solving skills. • Excellent consulting and business analysis skills. • Strong Software configuration skills with an ability to work with system logging to identify problems. • Prior experience implementing/testing configurable software solutions. • Superior command of written English with a demonstrated ability to produce quality documentation. • Excellent communication and active listening skills. • Understanding of all Windows Platforms including Windows 7, Windows 10. • Experience with web based service architecture. • Previous experience/knowledge of the transit industry.
