📋 Description

• Create flagship content with Insights, Policy, leadership, and subject-matter expert teams • Establish TRM as an authority on issues important to customers • Own distribution for produced content across owned, paid, earned-media, and executive-voice channels • Directly run TRM’s owned channels and oversee corporate social channels • Own TRM’s voice and tone • Build style guides, templates, and AI workflows for regional and demand marketers • Provide final edits on high-visibility work • Own the blog/Resources hub • Develop SEO/GEO content strategy with technical and agency partners • Produce content that improves search and AI-citation metrics • Ship first-to-market content quickly, including breaking white papers into blog posts • Build scalable systems so quality content ships faster • Use AI to compress drafting and production cycles • Move content from idea to press-ready with minimal hand-offs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience • Portfolio of flagship, point-of-view work • Background in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, fintech, or public-sector-facing work is a strong plus • Strong editorial judgment • Experience setting standards adopted by other teams • AI-native approach across research, drafting, repurposing, and optimization • Curiosity about new AI tooling • Distribution mindset and ability to plan content reach before publication • Experience working with SEO/GEO specialists • Experience owning content performance • Excellent writing skills • Ability to distill nuanced, technical topics for different audiences • Work authorization in the current country of employment • Ability to work in a distributed, global environment • Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability, ownership, and high-intensity work
