📋 Description

• Build and scale a high-performing revenue cycle management team • Design and manage RCM team performance and operational workflows • Leverage AI and technology to optimize collections and streamline workflows • Manage and develop a team of RCM Associates through feedback, coaching, and career development • Oversee day-to-day RCM operations with accuracy, efficiency, and a patient-first focus • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives • Identify and implement workflow optimizations to improve collections and operational efficiency • Liaise across RCM, Engineering, Credentialing, Customer Experience, Clinical Operations, and external billing vendors • Support new product and contract activations • Drive ad-hoc operational projects supporting business growth and process improvement • Develop and manage key performance metrics tracking productivity and workflow success • Report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience • At least 3 years managing a team of 5 or more • Experience partnering across technical, operational, and external teams • Strong communication skills and ability to tailor messaging for different audiences • Patient-centric approach focused on delivering a best-in-class patient experience • Bias for action and proactive, independent problem-solving in dynamic environments • Tech-savvy, with experience using platforms like Front, Aircall, and Intercom • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Experience in telehealth, healthcare operations, or healthtech companies is a strong plus
