📋 Description

• Prepare and maintain the operational foundation for every event on the global calendar, including ship sheets, hotel bookings, venue files and pre-event readiness checklists • Coordinate day-to-day requirements, availability, paperwork, timelines and follow-up with venue and event partners • Coordinate internal staffing and crew logistics, including travel, accommodation, on-site scheduling and paperwork • Maintain the Organized Play contract source of truth; collect signatures, track expiry and renewal dates, process invoices, and interface with Legal and Finance • Manage worldwide prizing shipment planning, deadlines, tracking and inventory follow-up • Raise purchase orders, track event spend against budget, flag overruns and provide regular reporting to the Sr. Premier Play Manager • Maintain organized operational records, including folder structure, naming, versioning and archiving of ship sheets, contracts, invoices and event data • Serve as the operational backbone and single point of consistency for the global competitive circuit across all regions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in event operations, event coordination, logistics or a similar operational support role • Experience supporting large-scale live events is a strong plus • Strong Microsoft and Google Suite skills, especially spreadsheet management • Comfortable with project tracking tools • Proven ability to build and maintain clean documentation and trackers • Hands-on experience with purchase orders, invoices, vendor paperwork and budget tracking • Native or fluent English (C1/C2) is mandatory • Willingness to attend roughly one major event per quarter, including weekends, anywhere in the world • Ability to work across multiple time zones and distributed teams with minimal supervision • Ability to handle sensitive contractual and financial information discreetly
