📋 Description

• Run, support and develop Service Level Agreements and contracts with clients • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution • Coordinate delivery across multi-brand or multi-market digital programs, emphasizing reuse, governance and consistency • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget • Develop project scopes and objectives, involve stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility • Develop and groom the product backlog in JIRA • Ensure staffing, engineering resource availability and allocations • Create a general road map and detailed project plans to track progress • Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs using risk-management techniques • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including negotiation and understanding • Manage project financials, including invoicing, expenses and revenue forecasts • Analyze project data and create dashboards and data visualizations to improve decision-making • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

🎯 Requirements

• +6 years working as a Project Manager inside digital agencies, software factories or IT companies • Experience with project management software tools like MS Project and JIRA • Experience with eCommerce and related systems implementations, including PIM, CMS, DAM, Search and SEO/GEO • Experience managing both fixed-price and time & materials projects • Experience delivering agile projects and working with PODs • Experience with AI tools in everyday work and to support and accelerate project and product delivery • Knowledge of data processing, dashboards, metrics and KPI analysis • Solid technical background with ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues • Experience working with agile methodologies • Upper-intermediate to advanced level of conversational English
