📋 Description

• Lead the technical design and development of scalable Quickbase solutions • Translate business requirements into applications, workflows, integrations, and data models • Serve as lead developer on design projects and Ongoing Development Plan engagements • Break solution designs into executable tasks and ensure adherence to architectural and development standards • Optimize application performance, usability, and maintainability • Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and guide platform decisions • Collaborate with project managers to maintain scope discipline, delivery timelines, and project outcomes • Identify opportunities to expand or enhance Quickbase solutions and deepen platform adoption • Apply development standards, governance practices, and reusable solution patterns • Mentor developers and provide technical guidance • Make technical implementation decisions within project architecture • Recommend design and development-practice improvements • Escalate architectural risks and technical challenges when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience • 5+ years of Quickbase development experience preferred • Experience designing Quickbase applications including workflows, data models, and automation • Strong understanding of process-driven applications and system design • Consulting or client-facing experience • Experience with additional low-code platforms such as Mendix, Power Apps, OutSystems, or Appian is a plus • Ability to mentor developers and guide technical delivery on projects • Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project environments • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Must currently reside in the United States
