📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on team effectiveness, organizational design, employee relations, and people decisions • Manage the benefits program day-to-day, including open enrollment, carrier coordination, employee questions, potential program migration, and feedback loops • Create lightweight systems and processes across the client base to improve consistency while preserving speed and flexibility • Partner with leadership on headcount planning, organizational structure, and evolving team needs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building People programs in an early stage, high growth environment or consulting role where adaptability and execution mattered as much as expertise • Builder's mindset; ability to create systems from scratch and improve them as the organization evolves • Strong HR business partnering skills and ability to translate business goals into practical people strategies • Sound judgment when navigating sensitive employee situations, balancing empathy with accountability • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making progress without waiting for perfect information • Practical approach to People Operations focused on outcomes rather than process for process's sake • Familiarity with modern AI tools and curiosity about how technology can improve internal workflows is a plus • Full professional fluency in English is required • Crisp and professional work-from-home setup is required
