📋 Description

• Own monthly investor insights explaining what matters in markets and why • Produce client-ready due diligence questionnaires and other investment materials • Develop general advice and financial planning content for the advice hub • Write timely notes for wealth management clients in response to markets or events • Research new topics and market developments and synthesize them into original insights • Exercise editorial judgment by selecting relevant topics and curating signal from noise • Use AI tools to polish and refine standard content while owning core thinking, structure, and arguments • Partner with the investment team and cross-functional editorial teams • Stay connected to markets, client concerns, and Wealthsimple's client base

🎯 Requirements

• Understand investment principles and portfolio concepts • Financial literacy in financial planning concepts • Strong ability to produce clear, engaging, client-ready content • Ability to use AI tools to sharpen and polish writing • Curiosity and research-driven approach to synthesizing complex ideas • Editorial judgment to structure and shape arguments • Current awareness of financial markets • Ability to consistently deliver high-quality content on time without heavy oversight • Familiarity with Canadian wealth management, financial planning, or retail investment products (nice to have) • Existing portfolio of published financial writing demonstrating investment thinking and editorial voice (nice to have) • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada • Must permanently reside in Canada
