📋 Description

• Deliver top-quality claim service and anticipate client needs by building strong, authentic relationships • Use liability claims expertise to manage complex losses • Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver outcomes aligned with policy and client expectations • Make informed decisions on coverage, claims value, and settlement • Take a proactive approach to client service throughout the claims process • Share expertise to improve claims data, reserve management, and payment issuance practices • Direct Independent Adjusters and Legal Counsel in claim investigation, negotiation, and settlement

🎯 Requirements

• Solid background in both Personal and Commercial Lines policies with knowledge of property & casualty claims • Minimum of 5–8 years of multi-line claims handling experience • CIP designation • Previous experience handling a wide range of liability claims • Experience with medical malpractice and E&O considered an asset • Proven track record directing Independent Adjusters and Legal Counsel in claim investigation, negotiation, and settlement • Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience working with London Markets under Delegated Claims Authority • Ability to obtain adjusting licenses in various Canadian provinces
