📋 Description

• Design and execute communication plans for platform rollouts, technology initiatives, and feature updates • Build relationships with stakeholders across Product Management, Global Marketing, Label Services, and Artist Teams • Author and oversee product messaging for company-wide announcements, executive briefs, newsletters, and release notes • Develop enablement toolkits, pitch decks, and briefing materials • Serve as point of contact for product communication, release cadences, and go-to-market schedules • Coordinate cross-functional communication launch calendars • Establish communication protocols and templates across global territories and business units • Monitor engagement metrics and refine communication reach and clarity • Shape how technology features and platforms are announced to the global music community • Work at the intersection of music culture, corporate strategy, and technology innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field • 2–3 years of professional experience in product marketing, strategic communications, or marketing operations • Experience in tech, media, or music industry preferred • Experience running broad, scaled communication campaigns and managing multi-channel messaging strategies • Ability to build consensus and navigate matrixed organizations • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of or strong passion for the digital music ecosystem, creator platforms, and emerging music technologies • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to simplify technical jargon into compelling stories • Ability to build and maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships
