📋 Description

• Support a consumer-facing digital solution through comprehensive testing, business readiness, training, and deployment activities • Plan, develop, and execute test scenarios, scripts, and cases • Perform UAT, functional, regression, integration, data validation, and end-to-end testing • Manage defects and ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements and acceptance criteria • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SMEs, technical teams, and business stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment • Develop and maintain end-user training materials, user guides, job aids, FAQs, training scenarios, knowledge-transfer content, and other business readiness artifacts • Support user walkthroughs, demonstrations, go-live activities, deployment readiness, and post-implementation stabilization • Support licensing, regulatory, permitting, or citizen-facing solutions • Identify opportunities to leverage approved AI and Generative AI tools to improve test case development, test coverage, defect analysis, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer • Maintain human oversight and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, accessibility, security, privacy, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience coordinating software testing activities with business users, BAs, SMEs, and technical teams • 5+ years of experience with UAT, functional, regression, enhancement, and end-to-end testing • 5+ years of experience in defect identification, documentation, tracking, severity assessment, and validation of fixes • 5+ years of experience with data validation and integration testing • 5+ years of experience working in Agile/iterative delivery environments • 5+ years of experience developing end-user training materials, user guides, job aids, FAQs, and training presentations • 5+ years of experience supporting/facilitating end-user training and knowledge transfer • 5+ years of experience supporting business readiness and deployment readiness activities • 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow applications, workflows, stories, and acceptance criteria • 2+ years of experience supporting licensing, regulatory, permitting, or citizen-facing applications/processes • Experience using AI/Generative AI tools to support test case development, defect analysis, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer • Ability to validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, accessibility, privacy, security, and compliance • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field • Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, testing, documentation, and training skills • Extensive experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
