📋 Description

• Evaluate distress to existing buildings, structures, and building envelopes • Lead projects and serve as the primary point of contact • Coordinate site visits, resources, and timelines • Conduct site visits and testing across residential, commercial, and industrial properties • Perform lab examinations to collect data • Produce reports combining inspection, testing, and analysis data to identify root cause and recommend repair or replacement • Support regional growth through recruiting and business development • Build and maintain client relationships while generating new work • Partner with business development on conferences and client outreach • Review and interpret relevant building codes • Oversee development of repair or replacement design scope • Make independent decisions about analysis and testing methods and resource allocation • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience • Active PE license • 10+ years of forensic engineering experience • Proven ability to write comprehensive technical reports on inspection results • Strong organizational and time management skills • Willingness to travel up to 50%
