📋 Description

• Own and cultivate client relationships • Leverage product expertise to drive value, user engagement, and deeper adoption • Understand client needs and act as a trusted thought partner • Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally • Create and execute account growth and engagement strategies • Develop rapport with key decision-makers • Partner with Account Executives and Product teams on account strategy • Identify upsell opportunities to augment contract value • Contribute to best-in-class practices within the Corporate team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience • Ability to think holistically about an account and build strategic relationships • Passion for client success • Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities through discovery • Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base • Self-starter and team player • Must not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship • Ability to work remotely within the United States
