📋 Description

• Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers • Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet customer goals and needs • Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations • Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships teams • Report to the Senior Manager of Solutions Consulting in the Zero Trust Branch department • Elevate the Exposure Management team and help drive Zscaler’s cloud security transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architect • Proven experience selling network security technologies, including SD-WAN, routing protocols, SWG, routing, proxies, firewalls, SSL/IPsec, VPNs, DLP, and end-user monitoring • Preferred: Industry standard certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, Network+, CCNP, CCIE, or Security+ • Preferred: Deep understanding of complex, multi-year sales cycles and expertise in value-based storytelling • Preferred: Strong AI fluency using coding assistants, LLMs, and Generative AI tools for troubleshooting, solution design, automation, and customer problem-solving • Preferred: French fluency
