📋 Description
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via calls, text, emails, and messaging apps • Provide technical assistance and guidance to resolve customer issues with kitchen appliances • Create and implement design concepts for both new and existing products • Develop a deep understanding of product offerings to assist customers with inquiries and recommendations • Collaborate with colleagues on complex issues and share knowledge • Participate in daily team meetings to communicate goals and collaborate with team members • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and company policies
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about kitchen appliances • Availability to work 9am–6pm EST
