• We’re looking for a proactive, energetic, and target-driven Sales Associate to drive revenue growth in the Indian market. • This role requires strong communication, an aggressive sales mindset, and the ability to connect well with clients in both Hindi and English. • Identify, research, and connect with potential clients in the Indian region. • Reach out via calls, emails, and social platforms to generate leads. • Deliver compelling product demos to prospects. • Maintain relationships and work towards closing deals. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. • Maintain proper records of pipeline, conversations, and follow-ups.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (B2B experience preferred) • Takes full ownership of responsibilities and ensures timely closure without the need for constant follow-ups • Maintains a high level of professionalism, discipline, and accountability • Believes in consistent daily efforts over occasional high-intensity work • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented • Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (spoken and written) • Confident and assertive in sales conversations and client follow-ups • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
