📋 Description

• Lead product strategy from idea to launch. • Conduct customer discovery interviews and validate market opportunities. • Define product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities. • Translate customer insights into clear product requirements. • Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality MVPs. • Analyse user behaviour, product metrics, and customer feedback to guide decisions. • Drive rapid experimentation and iteration to achieve product-market fit. • Collaborate with founders and venture studio leadership on new venture creation. • Support portfolio companies with product strategy and execution where needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management • Experience building products in startups or high-growth technology companies • Strong understanding of product strategy, customer discovery, and Agile development • Ability to make decisions using data and customer insights • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Passion for startups, innovation, and company building.
