• Identify, approach, and engage General Partners (GPs) managing real estate funds, syndications, or portfolios. • Generate qualified sales opportunities and move prospects through early sales stages. • Schedule and support sales calls, demos, and deal progression. • Own lead generation from outreach to handoff (or close, depending on experience). • Develop relationships with real estate ecosystem players, including: • Fund administrators • Asset & fund managers • CPAs and tax advisors • Real estate attorneys • Transaction and data providers • Investor relations service providers • Create referral and partnership pipelines that consistently generate inbound opportunities. • Provide continuous feedback from the market to refine messaging, pricing, and positioning. • Help shape go-to-market strategy based on real-world conversations.
• Proven connections within the real estate industry (mandatory) • Experience working with or selling to: • General Partners (GPs) • Real estate funds or syndicators • Investor-facing platforms or services • Strong understanding of how GPs communicate with LPs and investors. • Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment. • Highly motivated by commission, ownership mindset, and upside. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience in SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or financial services — strong advantage.
