📋 Description

• As part of a cross-functional team in the Heartbeat Tech domain, you will focus on coordinating our Integrations Team, managing our partner network and integrations, drafting requirements for their software and hardware solutions, and performing root cause analyses to ensure high platform stability and an exceptional customer experience • Coordination: Maintain an overarching view of all integration topics and how they fit into the overall Heartbeat technology stack • Project Management: Actively support the software delivery process, with a focus on rolling out integration solutions and gathering requirements • Technical Contribution: Lead the definition, implementation, evaluation, deployment, and improvement of integration solutions for complex problems • Innovation Initiatives: Help foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team to continuously improve products and processes • Partner / OEM Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for our partner network and OEM partners, supporting adaptation and integration of their solutions with our systems and ensuring reliable operation for our customers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects that span both hardware and software products • Solid knowledge of communication protocols common in the energy and renewable markets, such as Modbus, EEBUS, and similar standards • Strong interest in performing root cause analyses for existing issues, including deep investigation into the technical implementation of specific hardware integrations • Commitment to maintaining a well-documented knowledge base to share information across the organization and communicate with senior stakeholders • Experience in or strong passion for building innovative energy market solutions that challenge the status quo and advance affordable renewable energy access • Enjoy solving technical challenges collaboratively with internal and external partners while owning project execution and communicating effectively • Agile, product-oriented mindset and proven team player • Very strong written and spoken English skills • Bonus points: Experience with Modbus TCP hardware integration • Experience building products for the energy market
