📋 Description

• End-to-end responsibility for recurring formats — from preparation and coordination to execution • Support for active initiatives; assist the CTO Office with cross-functional projects through research, documentation, and tracking of open items • Planning and coordination of onsite and team events; you handle logistics, scheduling, and follow-up for the CTO Office and executives in collaboration with HR and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled bachelor’s or master’s student; ideally in business, technology, or a related field • Organized and reliable; you take ownership of tasks and follow them through without reminders • Clear communication in English • Proactive; you identify what needs to be done and act accordingly • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent topics • Genuine interest in how technology organizations and product teams operate • Prior practical experience as a working student or intern in a startup or technology company is a plus
