📋 Description

• Independently prepare, plan, conduct, and follow up on Operations onboardings • Support the development, organization, and implementation of new training formats • Support the management and coordination of the requirements management decision-making committee • Assist with creating and developing the content of the requirements management standard • Support the rollout and operational implementation of standards across various locations

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled at a German university or university of applied sciences for at least two more semesters • Available to start immediately for 15–20 hours per week, and up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks • Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities • Practical experience in a trade or in event organization is a plus • Experience delivering knowledge or training content is helpful • Independent, committed working style and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
