📋 Description

• Collaboration with designers, product managers, data scientists and developers to define problems, lead research initiatives, and create high-fidelity design solutions for new and existing features. • Quickly understand complex models and problems and design intuitive, elegant, user-centered solutions. • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as user interviews, surveys and usability tests with our rapidly growing user base. • Collaborate with 1K5º designers to refine your designs, with a great opportunity to advance your professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• The successful candidate is currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field at a German university • A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and thought process (academic projects are welcome!) • Solid understanding and proficiency in Figma • A sense of quality in intuitive user experiences, interaction patterns and visual design. • An awareness of design trends and industry best practices • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive and motivated attitude • Bonus points for: experience or knowledge in the climate technology sector
