📋 Description
• You conduct remote reviews and give final approval of acceptance reports for PV systems to ensure our high technical and safety standards. • You collect and structure relevant data from installations and acceptance checks to gain a clear picture of our performance. • You identify the most common sources of errors, analyze their root causes, and document your findings precisely. • Based on the documented errors, you develop clear learning content and training materials so our field teams improve every day. • You use your insights to actively improve processes, optimize workflows, and increase the efficiency of our installations. • You work closely with planning, installation, and maintenance teams to sustainably elevate overall quality.
🎯 Requirements
• You are enrolled at a German university for at least two more semesters in a technical or engineering degree program (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering) • Ideal profile: You have a strong interest in the photovoltaics industry — initial practical experience in the PV sector makes you an outstanding candidate. • Analytical mindset: You enjoy analyzing data, recognizing patterns, and preparing complex technical issues in a clear and understandable way for others.
