📋 Description

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound pre-screening calls • Communicate clearly and compassionately with potential trial participants • Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology to assess patient information • Utilize remote communication tools for calls, documentation, and team communication • Meet or exceed KPIs related to pre-qualified referrals and enrollment rates • Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and ensure compliance • Regularly review recorded calls from contractor PCs and provide coaching • Monitor the PC KPI dashboard for performance metrics • Deliver structured feedback and escalate unresolved performance concerns • Review contractor PC timesheets and generate monthly invoices • Collaborate on process improvements within the PC department

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center environment • At least 1 year in a patient-facing screening role within healthcare or clinical research industry • Prior supervisory, coaching, or team lead experience strongly preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to deliver constructive feedback • Proficiency in remote communication and productivity tools • Solid knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trial processes • Ability to multitask and manage competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • GCP (Good Clinical Practice) certification or willingness to obtain certification
