📋 Description

• Help set and support strategic direction for the team • Drive alignment and be responsible for the team's results • Collaborate with senior individual contributors to create an engaging technical vision • Work with cross-functional partners to define solutions for customers • Scope and plan key deliverables with the team • Drive execution with emphasis on quality and communication • Provide technical leadership to developers • Recruit and retain top tier talent

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience managing a team of engineers • Significant experience with fullstack web development • The ability to create and maintain a positive, healthy team environment • Capable of driving the delivery of projects and creating roadmaps • Experience managing a remote team
