📋 Description

• Run the studio's outbound engine end to end • Build target lists from a defined ideal customer profile • Verify, deduplicate, and complete records • Set up domains, mailboxes, warmup, and sending limits using tools such as Instantly • Diagnose and resolve bounces, spam placement, and declines in reply rates • Produce cold emails that generate replies from a US audience without relying on mail-merge • Run multi-touch sequences across email and LinkedIn, including follow-ups • Track performance, run tests, and improve reply rates and meetings booked • Work with the research team to test new healthcare company ideas • Identify experts, clinicians, operators, and potential customers for outreach • Run outreach to book conversations and return actionable signals to the team • Expand the fund's relationships through researched, personalized outreach to downstream investors and potential LPs • Build and maintain target lists, run sequences, and manage follow-up • Define priorities independently on a project basis and report progress on an agreed cadence • Operate with performance measured on outcomes rather than daily activity

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience, the majority in hands-on cold outreach that booked meetings, with campaigns run directly by the candidate • A record of owning a metric such as reply rate, meetings booked, or pipeline, with accountability for the outcome rather than task completion • Direct experience at an early-stage company where outreach was owned as a sole function • Experience at a larger, more structured organization is an advantage • Experience running outreach to US prospects, with the ability to write for that audience • Strong written English, producing cold emails that read as though written by a person • Ability to learn quickly, given limited ramp-up time • Healthcare experience is an advantage but not a requirement • Hands-on end-to-end experience in data sourcing, enrichment and hygiene, sending infrastructure, deliverability, copywriting, campaign execution, measurement and optimization • Current and hands-on outbound experience • Practical, demonstrated AI fluency, including Claude, Clay AI columns or prompt chains, Zapier, n8n, or custom scripts • Experience with Apollo, Clay, Smartlead or Instantly, and a CRM such as HubSpot
