📋 Description

• Manage and follow up on pre-generated lead lists from other assisted living communities and referral sources • Conduct outreach calls and email communication with potential partners, referral facilities, and agencies • Respond to inquiries, send follow-up messages, and maintain professional, compassionate communication • Track all marketing and outreach activities in Excel or Google Sheets • Maintain up-to-date records of outreach status, responses, and lead progress • Assist with resident onboarding, including tracking intake paperwork and coordinating through DocuSign • Follow the facility’s existing workflow for resident documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely completion • Maintain organized digital records in shared drives • Support daily administrative needs such as scheduling, tracking correspondence, and managing communication logs • Make outbound and receive inbound calls as needed to follow up on leads or partner communications • Manage email communication using templates and a professional tone • Coordinate updates between the client and community partners • Ensure all follow-up actions are logged and visible for review

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, marketing coordination, or lead management (healthcare or assisted living experience a plus) • Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken (Level A–B accent) • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking data • Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic document systems • Comfortable handling phone and email outreach in a professional and courteous manner • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable • Friendly and empathetic, with an understanding of assisted living or healthcare environments (preferred but not required) • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
