• Manage and maintain the company’s calendar by booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments with clients. • Make and receive calls to assist clients who wish to inquire about or book services. • Follow up with leads or potential clients through phone, email, or social media. • Send appointment reminders and ensure the schedule is up to date. • Monitor and reply to messages, comments, and inquiries on TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube in a timely and professional manner. • Engage with followers and prospects to build trust and brand presence. • Manage and update client data and communication records using CRM tools. • Track inquiries, leads, bookings, and follow-up activities accurately. • Organize data and generate simple reports using Excel to help track performance and client engagement. • Assist in managing emails, organizing files, and updating internal records. • Support basic business operations such as responding to messages, preparing simple reports, and coordinating with the internal team.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative support role. • Excellent English communication skills (neutral accent preferred). • Strong time management and multitasking skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Gmail, Google Calendar, and CRM platforms. • Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube for social media engagement. • Confident in handling client calls and maintaining professionalism at all times. • Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn. • Knowledgeable in application software including Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, Gmail & Google Calendar, social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube), and phone systems.
