📋 Description

• Research prospective clients based on client-defined criteria • Build and maintain organized lead lists • Verify basic contact and prospect information • Categorize leads by source, status, and next action • Help refine the target audience as the process develops • Conduct approved email or digital outreach using client-provided messaging and compliance guidelines • Direct interested prospects toward approved website or intake channels • Follow up digitally with prospects who express interest • Avoid unsolicited outbound calling or telemarketing • Track responses and lead status • Maintain accurate notes and next steps • Identify leads ready for direct client involvement • Follow up consistently with interested prospects • Maintain spreadsheets, contact lists, and lead records • Prepare basic activity summaries • Assist with recurring lead-generation administration • Support additional business tasks as the role develops • Perform services professionally according to agreed timelines, guidelines, and deliverables • Report to a point of contact to be determined

🎯 Requirements

• Prior credit repair experience required • Banking and lead generation experience strongly preferred • Strong written communication required • Spreadsheet and lead-tracking experience required • Email outreach experience preferred • Financial services or real estate experience is a plus but not required • Familiarity with compliant outreach practices is a plus • Strong online research ability • Organized and consistent • Comfortable with email-based lead generation • Strong written English • Persistent without being overly aggressive • Able to follow compliance-focused procedures • Comfortable working independently from established criteria • Results-oriented and able to track activity clearly • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets • Knowledge of email platforms • Knowledge of CRM / lead tracking platforms • Knowledge of online research tools • Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace • Availability for 10 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday • English language preference; good spoken and written English required
