⢠Previous cold calling experience required. ⢠Prior real estate cold calling or lead generation experience required. ⢠Strong verbal English communication skills. ⢠Ability to build rapport and engage prospects over the phone. ⢠Excellent objection-handling and conversational skills. ⢠Quick thinker who can adapt during live conversations. ⢠Strong organizational and documentation skills. ⢠Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. ⢠Reliable and committed to a long-term working relationship. ⢠Experience in commercial real estate brokerage, acquisitions, or investment firms preferred. ⢠Experience using dialers and outbound calling systems preferred. ⢠Familiarity with lead qualification processes preferred. ⢠Experience working with remote sales or lead generation teams preferred. ⢠Knowledge of property ownership research and real estate prospecting preferred.
