📋 Description

• Manage the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other appropriate platforms • Assist with management of the founder's personal social media accounts • Develop and maintain a rolling 30-day content calendar • Schedule, publish, and manage content across all platforms • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement • Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels • Design graphics and marketing assets using Canva or similar software • Create social media posts, reels, and promotional content • Repurpose long-form content into short-form social media assets • Edit short-form videos for social media • Assist with podcast editing and publishing • Research competitors and industry trends • Help identify opportunities to improve audience growth and engagement • Assist with updating educational content within the company's application platform

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing business social media accounts • Experience creating content calendars and executing marketing campaigns • Graphic design experience (Canva or similar) • Video editing experience for short-form content and podcasts • Experience with social media scheduling tools • Market research and competitor analysis experience • Healthcare or wellness marketing experience is a plus • Strong understanding of social media strategy and content marketing • Strong written English communication
