• eigenständige Steuerung von Kunden- und Integrationsprojekten im IT-Umfeld • Planung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Projekt-Meilensteinen • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen internen Teams (Product, Tech, Legal, Compliance) und externen Stakeholdern • Unterstützung beim Anforderungsmanagement und bei der technischen Umsetzung • Sicherstellung von Zeitplänen, Qualität und Budgets • Risikomanagement, Reporting und kontinuierliche Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen
🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im klassischen Projektmanagement – idealerweise im IT- oder FinTech-Umfeld • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis; Erfahrung mit Systemintegration von Vorteil • Kenntnisse im Finanzmarkt oder im regulierten Umfeld (z. B. MiFID, CSDR) sind ein Plus • Strukturierte, proaktive und kommunikationsstarke Arbeitsweise • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
