📋 Description

• Record high-quality Peruvian Spanish voice samples across conversational, narrative, instructional, and customer-support style scripts • Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with control over tone, pacing, pronunciation, and emphasis • Maintain consistency in voice, accent, diction, and delivery across multiple recording sessions • Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required • Support voice recording work for text-to-speech and customer experience voice applications • Follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural, human-sounding delivery • Adapt vocal style for calm, professional, energetic, corporate, conversational, or instructional use cases • Ensure recordings meet expectations for clarity, consistency, pronunciation quality, and expressive range • Follow recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, file formatting, and submission standards • Record in a quiet environment using a professional or near-professional audio setup • Review recordings for background noise, inconsistent volume, unclear diction, or technical interruptions • Complete independent remote project tasks in a flexible, deadline-aware environment

🎯 Requirements

• Native Peruvian Spanish fluency with a natural Peruvian accent • Female voice profile suited to the project's required voice specifications • Current location in Peru depending on project requirements • Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, broadcasting, IVR, audiobooks, or similar voice recording work • Strong command of intonation, diction, pacing, emotional range, and script interpretation • Ability to follow recording instructions precisely while maintaining natural delivery • Reliable availability for approximately 5–10 hours per week during the project period • Comfort with synthetic voice or voice cloning use for a defined customer experience AI voice application • No specific degree is required • Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, Reaper, or similar software • Ability to deliver conversational, corporate, energetic, calm, warm, or instructional vocal styles • Access to a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, pop filter, and reliable file submission workflow • Strong ability to maintain vocal consistency across repeated sessions and varied script types • Comfortable with recordings being used for synthetic voice generation or voice cloning for the defined use case • Eligible professionals must be based in Peru depending on project requirements • Independent contractor status
