📋 Description

• Develop high-quality prompts in Korean across sensitive subject areas • Produce natural, culturally appropriate Korean-language content • Develop realistic scenarios with varied wording, tone, and complexity • Review prompts and conversations against structured evaluation guidelines • Classify content according to defined criteria • Assess sensitive and potentially dual-use information • Identify adversarial phrasing and escalation patterns • Recognise attempts to circumvent established safeguards • Evaluate Korean-language content for naturalness and contextual appropriateness • Apply cultural knowledge when interpreting wording, tone, and implied meaning • Identify linguistic ambiguity affecting classification • Provide concise written explanations supporting evaluation decisions • Document why prompts or conversations meet defined criteria • Communicate nuanced decisions clearly in written English where required • Maintain consistent standards and attention to detail across repeated review tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Korean • Business-level written English • Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress • Strong written reasoning and analytical judgement • High attention to detail • Sound judgement when handling sensitive or dual-use information • Comfortable applying structured guidelines to ambiguous content • Experience reviewing, grading, or evaluating written or technical content is advantageous • Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, red teaming, or adversarial testing is advantageous • Candidates based in South Korea or wider East Asia are particularly encouraged to apply, although applicants based elsewhere are also welcome • Part-time independent contractor engagement • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
