📋 Description

• Create original multiple-choice questions covering Taiwanese or Hong Kong law • Develop realistic legal scenarios testing applied knowledge and legal reasoning • Design questions for advanced AI evaluation and assessment • Ensure questions are legally accurate, clear, and unambiguous • Apply Taiwanese or Hong Kong legal principles to complex factual scenarios • Develop questions requiring interpretation, analysis, and professional judgement • Distinguish legally correct conclusions from plausible incorrect alternatives • Identify ambiguity or insufficient information in proposed questions • Produce ten answer options for each question, including one clearly correct answer • Provide detailed worked solutions explaining the correct answer in Traditional Chinese • Review completed questions for legal, linguistic, and structural accuracy • Follow project-specific formatting and evaluation guidelines • Identify and correct unclear wording, inconsistencies, or ambiguity

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree or equivalent national legal qualification • Ideally 2+ years of professional legal experience • Strong knowledge of Taiwanese or Hong Kong law and legal reasoning • Native-level Traditional Chinese proficiency • Educated in or based in Taiwan or Hong Kong • Strong analytical and written communication skills • Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and precisely • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently • Experience with legal research, professional education, assessment design, or legal content development is advantageous • Must work without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
