📋 Description

• Lead multiple groups and provide vision, direction, and accountability. • Foster a culture of leadership, respect, and credibility across the division. • Oversee contract performance and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations. • Support reporting, financial reviews, and operational accountability for contract. • Lead division-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. • Monitor and analyze data, revenue, costs, labor allocations, and profitability. • Anticipate organizational needs and proactively develop solutions that support company objectives. • Provide strategic insight to senior leadership and influence company-wide decision-making. • Support unity across departments and protect the company’s culture and brand.

🎯 Requirements

• Residence within the Continental United States is required • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Organizational Leadership, Management, Public Administration, or a related field • Progressive leadership experience • Advanced leadership training, executive education, military professional education or equivalent strategic leadership experience preferred • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, organizational leadership, and operational oversight. • Must have at least one year with the company and an established direct-labor role to assume expanded VP responsibilities • Must have strategic planning experience or have served as a team member on a strategic initiative
