📋 Description

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs for Non-IT roles • Proactively source candidates via job portals, social media, and professional networks • Screen resumes and shortlist potential fits • Conduct candidate interviews using reliable selection methods • Evaluate applicants' skills, experience, communication, and culture fit • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates • Deliver quality profiles within quick turnaround time

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role • Hands-on experience in Sales hiring and Non-IT recruitment • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes • Excellent communication and people skills • Strong multitasking and time management abilities • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
