📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, development and lifecycle of digital products (with focus on rollout and scaling of the B2B E‑commerce platform, App and Marketplace) and critical technology projects for the Commercial and Finance departments. • Act as the strategic bridge between the business area and the software engineering team, translating commercial needs into product roadmaps and ensuring technology deliveries are linked to value generation (ROI and conversion). • Orchestrate the cultural and operational transition from a "Projects" model to "Digital Products," implementing and maturing Agile methodologies. • Manage a team of specialists dedicated to finance-related initiatives, leading the implementation of credit tools, new payment methods and systems for tax reform compliance, ensuring alignment with the existing ecosystem. • Manage a team responsible for projects involving complex integrations between internally developed products, marketplace platforms (VTEX for D2C) and the corporate ERP (SAP), ensuring stability and scalability. • Lead, develop and engage a multidisciplinary team (Product Managers, Designers, Business Analysts and Process Analysts) and manage the allocation of third‑party consulting resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience leading Digital Products and E‑commerce (B2B/B2C). • Practical experience implementing and driving Agile methodologies and cultural transition (from Projects to Product). • System-level understanding of integration architecture and strong familiarity with ERP ecosystems (especially SAP). • Proven track record managing multidisciplinary technology/product/process teams and external vendors.
