📋 Description

• Monitor all ongoing system implementation projects in the assigned region, ensuring scope, work plans, schedules, and budgets comply with company guidelines; • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, aligning expectations and reporting project progress; • Maintain regular contact with project clients to assess satisfaction and conduct strategic alignment; • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, delegate tasks, motivate the team, and resolve conflicts; • Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks that could impact the project.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, IT, Business Administration, or related fields; • Experience in software implementation and software lifecycle management; • Experience managing teams; • Availability to travel.
