• Accounting planning. • Lead and develop the accounting team, promoting continuous training and a collaborative work environment. • Ensure all accounting processes are performed in accordance with current standards and best practices. • Prepare financial and accounting reports for management and clients. • Ensure the company and its clients comply with all accounting and tax obligations. • Coordinate integration projects and accounting process improvements. • Manage relationships with clients.

• Experience in accounting in leadership roles. • Experience in BPO or accounting firms, with strong knowledge of industry practices and processes. • Experience managing teams and accounting projects. • Familiarity with accounting software and financial management systems.
