📋 Description

• Support the sales lifecycle by leveraging technical expertise to address challenges and deliver effective solutions to retain clients; • Manage and grow a portfolio of regional clients, acting as a trusted advisor to facilitate problem-solving and provide exceptional service; • Propose innovative solutions that align with clients’ needs and the company’s business objectives; • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients at Adlook, handling technical and commercial inquiries professionally and efficiently; • Lead key client discussions; • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders; • Collaborate with the product team by collecting client feedback and analyzing requirements to improve product offerings; • Deliver outstanding account management, ensuring goals are tracked and reported to management; • Partner with other functional leaders to address business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and improve operational efficiency; • Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices for client onboarding, engagement, and growth strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in adtech (preferably in programmatic sales - DSP, SSP, or data providers); • Proven ability to drive customer account growth and manage accounts through strategic planning and execution; • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude, with experience in complex technical solutions; • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making; • Exceptional relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Experience delivering client presentations and preparing reports; • Advanced English proficiency required; • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
