📋 Description

• Transform clients' IT into strategic areas that contribute to achieving their goals and objectives. • Create technology solutions aligned with the specific needs of each industry. • Monitor service reports with the client and manage infrastructure and cloud contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT as a Contract Manager (SDM) and in service management. • People and team management experience. • Experience with the ITIL framework, Microsoft Office tools, ITSM tools, KPI control, SLA management, and the PDCA cycle. • General overview of IT infrastructure and systems (focus on Cloud). • Contract management focused on infrastructure/cloud for large clients, responsible for the contract's financial health, control of deliverables (KPIs), and client relationship. • Preparation and presentation of service reports to the client, monitoring operational indicators, daily cadence for tracking requests and contract controls.
