Pinex is a Brazil-based provider of end-to-end logistics and regulatory support for clinical trials, patient support programs (PSP/PSD), and healthcare product distribution. The company handles import/export of medicines and medical supplies, temperature-controlled warehousing (including freezer/ultrafreezer rental and sales), biological sample logistics, national and international door-to-door transport (including cold chain and hazardous materials), direct-to-patient services, and regulatory/pharmacovigilance support compliant with ANVISA, FDA and EMA standards.

📋 Description

• Manage the company's Quality Management System. • Ensure compliance with standards, legislation and regulatory requirements applicable to organizations such as ANVISA, FDA, EMA, ICH, IATA, MAPA, and others. • Lead internal and external audits and follow up on action plans. • Coordinate training, capacity-building and team engagement programs on quality-related topics. • Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Manage document control processes, deviations, CAPAs, customer complaints and investigations of nonconformities. • Support operational and commercial areas in projects that directly impact quality and customer satisfaction. • Act as the point of contact with customers, partners and regulatory agencies on quality matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or related fields • Proven experience in Quality Management in the logistics and pharmaceutical sector • Knowledge of regulatory standards and legislation applicable to pharmaceutical logistics • Experience in clinical research is a plus • Experience with internal and external audits • Experience in people management • Analytical, organized, communicative and results-oriented profile • Fluent English
