📋 Description

• Administer and maintain EM tools such as MECM, Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft enterprise platforms. • Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex infrastructure and endpoint issues. • Support security compliance and configuration standards through automation. • Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and service desk teams on enterprise-wide solutions. • Monitor system performance and participate in after-hours operations as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with MECM/SCCM, Intune, GPO management, and hybrid cloud environments. • Ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise system issues and drive resolution. • Strong communication and collaboration skills in mission-focused IT environments. • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 3/NACLC) clearance. • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Cybersecurity / Data Science / IS / CS (ABET or CAE accredited), OR Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+, or GSEC. • Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, OR Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
