• Provide Child Care Aware services for Dakota, Scott, and Carver Counties. • Promote Parent Aware Quality Rating and Improvement System. • Recruit Early Childhood programs for Parent Aware program participation. • Provide quality coaching and technical assistance to licensed Early Childhood programs. • Demonstrate commitment to work with diverse populations. • Complete and maintain accurate paperwork and tools for monitoring progress and measure outcomes. • Attend all required training sessions or as directed by supervisor. • Perform other duties as requested or delegated.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Early Childhood, Child Development, Parent Education, or related field from four-year College or University. • 2-3 years of related experience. • Additional related experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
